I would like to research how Binx, from The Moviegoer, is a secular Knight of Faith. Instead of Binx being committed to religion and God, like Kierkegaard's description, he is committed to personal values rather than societal norms and pressures. This is still a working idea so it may evolve as I continue my research.

Interesting, Shelby! You'll have to work closely with the Kierkegaard, then, and to spend some time working up what a "secular Knight of Faith" would look like. Also, I wonder when he makes this commitment? Does it change throughout at all, or only at the end?
